Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order at the time of purchase. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. If a piece arrives damaged in any way from shipping, please contact us at within 48 hours to submit a claim and we'll make it right. We do not accept damage claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery.

That's why we strive to provide as much information as possible to help you choose the right piece for your space.
